During Frøyadagan we are setting up something new.
"Æ Tørs!" is an open conversation with exciting guests – about courage, dreams and daring to take risks. And it is led by Vidar Andersen.

Vidar is a Frøya patriot, a people enthusiast and someone who knows what it means to believe in people. With a background in talent development at REMA 1000, the Partnership Against Exclusion project and as an advisor at Avantas, he has seen time and again what happens when people are given space to show themselves.

He listens, he challenges – and he highlights the good stories.
There will be honest conversations, a twinkle in the eye and room to get a little inspiration in the middle of the day.
