Coastal Day

There will be a display of old coastal culture and activities, such as a demonstration of old boat engines, the forge is open and demonstrates forging, the craft group shows older craft techniques and you can learn different knots and knots. There will be a free boat trip on the canal with Elfryd, and Fløttman will row people between Fosenkaia and Ravnkloa. You can also be transported across the canal with the self-driving ferry MilliAmpere2. There will be the opportunity to take a tour aboard the Stoksundferja, and in several of the other boats that are at the quay. And there will be sales of fish cakes and swele and coffee, and sales of local wool products. Coastal Day has many activities for children, such as making a wooden boat and sailing it across a pool, visiting the forge and forging a hook yourself, and looking at the old boats along Fosenkaia and solving a Quiz about them.
