Archery Tag is a mix of the best of archery, paintball and dodgeball. An action packed game where two teams shoot each other or against the other team's goal with bow and arrow. Arrowheads are replaced with foam pillows, so that it is neither dangerous or painful to play.
Archery Tag is like dodgeball with bows and arrows. Played by all ages, genders, races, and nationalities, and is fun for the whole family!
Players are divided into 2 teams of 5-8 players each, with each team trying to be the first one to either tag all of their opponents out of the game, or to knock out all of the centers of their opponents 5-spot target. Instead of paintballs to shoot their opponents, players use patented foam-tipped arrows. Inflatable bunkers, or other objects that players can hide behind add to the challenge of the game. Teammates that have been tagged out by an arrow may be brought back into the game if an arrow is caught in mid-flight by someone on their team, or a center spot is knocked out. Unlike paintballs, Archery Tag® arrows leave no welts, bruising, or marks and are family friendly. Recommended age for playing is 10 and up. The game may be played indoors or out.
Dagali Fjellpark is the only provider of Archery Tag in Scandinavia.
