Ål Folkehøyskole has a swimming pool which can be used by guests, the locals and groups, as longs as you have an appointment. It's closed in the summer holliday. This pool is the first chlorine free pool in Hallingdal. In Ål municipality you find 3 public pools. They are located at the schools in Torpo, Leveld and Nedre Ål.
