Overnight accommodation in historical surroundings at " Stabburet","Rorbua" or "Bakeriet" right at water's edge. Støtt Brygge has a nice restaurant with food from local produce.
You can stay in the newly renovated “Fisherman’s Cabin” (Rorbua) or the “Storehouse,” (Stabburet) which were built in the 1700’s. The old bakery is is newly opened with 8 double rooms with private bathrooms.
At one time, up to 300 people would stay in the old Farhuset and the conditions where poor. Today’s standards are much improved with down comforters, modern and inviting bathrooms antique furniture in each cabin.
The “South Cabin” (Rorbua) can accommodate 8 people with four double rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room. The “North Cabin” has room for 6 guests with 3 double rooms and one bathroom. The Storehouse (Stabburet) has 1 double bed and 2 single beds, with room for 4 guests. In total. Bakeriet (opened in 2018) offers 8 double rooms with private bathroom.
To get to the island Støtt you can either take the express boat from Ørnes or you can arrive by boat from Bodø or Sandnessjøen. For schedules please go to www.177nordland.no
