Øvresetstøylen summer pasture farm
Øvresetsstøylen is a beautiful summer pasture farm located on Utvikfjellet mountain with a lovely view of the Nordfjord.
Start at the car park at the ski centre and follow the farm track to the waymark ‘Fløtravarden’ at Fellastøylen. Follow the marked trail to Fløtravarden where you can enjoy views in all directions. From the top, walk 400 metres to the west and find the path that goes south-east and ends up on the farm track beside Øvresetstøylen.
The farm is about 720 m.a.s.l. and offers views towards Våtedalen valley, Breim and down towards Sandane.
You can cycle or walk on the road that goes from the car park at Utviken. You pass several other pasture farms on the hike.
The hike takes about 1.5 hours there and back and is about 3.2 km long.
