Åkrafjordtunet is beautifully situated overlooking the beautiful Åkrafjord. The shop sells a wide range of high-quality local products, and several of the products and producers have won international awards. The shop at Åkrafjordtunet is not your run-of-the-mill shop. It has its very own bakery and Western Norway's largest local-food outlet.
Åkrafjordtunet shop is no ordinary store. As well as regular groceries, they sell a variety of quality products, such as meat and sausages from Johs Lundal & Sønner, goat, game, goat’s cheese, pinnekjøtt (salted dried ribs), homemade meat patties, Åkrafjord butter, lefser (soft Norwegian flatbread), potato pancakes and flatbread. Lundal's produces cured meats and smokehouse meat products nearby, and part of the shop serves as their factory outlet.
