On an island in the open ocean you find Littleisland Lighthouse. A perfect escape at the edge of the earth, with no cars, no shops and no pressures. Here you can stay for days and relax completely without stress. Simple. Comfortable. Eco-friendly. Exclusive.

Just be present

Littleisland Lighthouse is a wonderful place to take deep breaths. Take in the calm. This is a place to simply be present and let yourself be inspired. There is plenty of space to wander around and go for hikes. Watch out for the White tailed Eagles nesting here or be at the lookout for an Orca visit, as they come up to the surface of the ocean ever so rarely. If you are interested, we also give a guided information tour. We offer a minimum stay of two nights, so you can really recharge. You are welcome all year.

Rooms with ocean view

Once, two lighthouse keepers and their families lived in the lighthouse keepers' residence. Today three double ensuite bedrooms accommodate for guests. All rooms have magnificent views to the ocean and the Lofoten islands. Guests have exclusive access to our library lounge with a fireplace. Come alone, or bring your best friends or closest family to enjoy magic moments in wild
nature.

Unique lighthouse tower suite

We are also proud to offer a unique stay in our historic octagonal lighthouse tower, transformed into a luxurious three-floor suite. Immerse yourself in our exclusive Lighthouse Tower Suite surrounded by the raw nature of Vesterålen’s most western point. Enjoy spectacular views year-round and an absolutely dream of a bed, handmade by Hästens. Breakfast is delivered by the door. A perfect place for a special occasion!

The meals

All meals are provided for during your stay. They are freshly prepared and change with the seasons. Each dish is a reflection of the island, featuring local fish for dinner and delights such as our signature island berry jam and seaweed tartare.

Meals are enjoyed against the breathtaking backdrop of the Lofoten mountains, whether you choose to dine indoors in our welcoming dining room or outdoor on the open terrasse during the summer months.
