Bjørka - Søtt fra Sparbu in Steinkjer municipality is run by Marie and Bjørn Inge Vorum. At the Bjørka farm they produce both honey and chocolate. Their diligent bees create both summer and heather honey. Some of the honey is used in chocolate products. They craft confectionery pieces, chocolate balls with fillings, pure chocolate figures, and chocolate flakes with various flavors.

Farm Shop
In October 2023, Marie and Bjørn Inge opened a farm shop on the farm. There, you'll find a wide variety of locally produced food and drinks. You can purchase their own honey and chocolate, eggs, vegetables, meat, fish, dairy, and more. You'll also discover various handicraft products and other exciting items.

Self-Service
The shop is self-service and is open every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Payment can be made using Vipps or a credit card.
