Restaurant truly dedicated to grilling.

Most of the food is cooked on a charcoal grill in the heart of the open kitchen.
In the bar around the kitchen you can sit just a few metres from the chefs while they cook.

Seasonal Nordic ingredients form the base of the dishes here, but the chefs are not afraid to add exotic spices or ingredients to create new tastes. Grilleriet also has a bar with excellent cocktails.

The restaurant serves a hotel breakfast buffet daily, and this is open for anyone who carves a big, healthy breakfast with freshly baked bread, cheese, fresh fruit, vegetables and coffee made by Grilleriet's own barista.

Grilleriet is located in the Folketeateret passage by Youngstorget square.

The restaurant is closed for summer holidays between early July and mid-August.
