Kjerringåsen is the largest down hill skiing area in Østfold.
Kjerringåsen is Østfold's largest ski resort with 2 lifts and 5 slopes with an altitude difference of 130 meters. Bakken is centrally located in Østfold. Good opportunities for snowboarding, telemark, twintip and slalom. The facility consists of two cup lifts and a brand new children's leash.
From the heated room/café you have a fantastic panorama of the entire facility. Here you can eat Kjerringåsen's famous waffles in addition to other food and drink, both hot and cold. It is possible to use the barbecue area and there is a large free parking lot for all guests.
In the service building you will find ski rental, ski workshop and toilets.
