This is not a classic fjord tour – and not just a hike either.

It’s a thoughtfully designed Arctic experience for those who want to explore more of what the landscapes around Tromsø have to offer.
The journey begins in Tromsø with a relaxed drive through varied fjord scenery. As we follow the coastline past mountains and small fishing villages, your guide shares local stories and insights, adding depth to the experience along the way.
We make a longer stop at beautiful Grøtfjord, a white sandy beach framed by clear turquoise waters and surrounding peaks. Here, you’ll have time to take photos, walk along the shore or, if you feel like it, enjoy a refreshing dip in the sea.
From there, we continue to the starting point for a hike to Brosmetinden (approximately 4.4 km round trip with 283 metres of elevation gain). The trail is fairly accessible, while still offering a rewarding sense of effort and connection to nature. At the top, you are met with wide views over fjords and islands in every direction.
At the summit, we take a break and enjoy a simple picnic under the midnight sun. The atmosphere is usually calm and unhurried, with time to pause and take in the surroundings.
The tour is led by a local guide and takes place in small groups, with the aim of creating a personal and genuine experience at a pace that allows for both reflection and enjoyment.
