Rorbua

Restaurant and bar where you can experience real North Norwegian food culture in a pleasant and informal environment. The restaurant at Aker Brygge is decorated like a real rorbu (fisherman's house).

The kitchen at Rorbua is genuinely North Norwegian, with a menu that always includes classic dishes such as cured cod, bacalao, whale meat and reindeer steak, as well as a "dish of the day". When in season traditional dishes like cod tongues, seagull eggs and lutefisk are also served.
