Sandviken Camping as

Campsite, 30 km east of Rjukan, in Tinn Austbygd. It is situated in beautiful surroundings on the northern banks of lake Tinnsjø.

Sandviken Camping is a family campsite, 30 km east of Rjukan, on the northern banks of the 460 meter deep Tinnsjø lake. Equipped with a 4-star camping ground with 12 cabins and space for 100 caravans it also offers a dedicated area for seasonal guests. Here you will also find playgrounds with activities for children; trampoline, swing sets etc, here you can play crazy golf with your friends or family, or would you prefer to play volleyball instead?

You can hire boats, kayaks, canoes, fishing rods, stand-up board.

Sauna

Along the shore of the lake there is a sauna which can be used all year round. Close to the water you can easily go for a swim if you like. Enjoy the beautiful view through the big window after a hike in the mountains or if you just need some time to relax and take deep breaths. Space for up to 8-10 persons.

Where can you find Sandviken Camping

Sandviken Camping lies approximately 30 kilometres east of the center of Rjukan. Great hiking trails can be found in Skirvedalen which lies 20 minutes away from the camping, and the ski resort in Gaustablikk only 45 minutes away.
