Hilda Larsen uses mostly organic products. Their great chef Sven Voelzke runs the restaurant and they have a large selection of cocktails with home made syrup and good selection of wine. They also sell products form their own bakery.
They also have a large ice cream parlour with 24 different flavours from small scale producers.
