At Statholdergaarden you can choose between the 13-course tasting menu, a 4-6-course menu and à la carte – always made with the very best Norwegian ingredients. The kitchen is spontaneous, and the food reflects the seasons. The wine cellar includes about 6,000 wines. The head chef, Bent Stiansen, won the prestigious Bocuse d'Or in 1993.
Statholdergaarden is located in a 17th-century building in the old city centre, and the ceilings have some of the finest stucco work in Northern Europe.
Private dining room available for parties of for 8–30 persons.

Closed for summer holidays between mid-July and early August.
