There is nothing like paddling away on the lake Lyseren. All stress and hassle disappear as soon as you sit in the canoe. In Lyseren you can paddle away for hours as it is a large lake. And it is in short distance to Oslo.

At the volunteercenter in Spydeberg you can hire a canoe for use on Lyseren

The key to the canoe house in the canal can be picked up at the volunteercentre. In the canoe house there are 10 3-person canoes and 2 2-person canoes + life jackets.
