Welcome to a cider tasting with cheese and cured ham tapas on the first floor of Skarbø Sideri & Landhandel.
Flavours from farm and fjord
Discover a tasting experience centred around local ingredients. You will be served five different ciders from Skarbø Gard, each carefully paired with selected cheeses from the farm’s own dairy and cured meats from Stranda and Tind.
The combination of cider, cheese and cured meats offers a taste of the region’s culinary traditions and local craftsmanship.
The story behind the flavours
During the tasting, you will learn more about how the cider is made, from the apples in the orchard to the finished cider in your glass. You will also get a tour of the cidery and hear the story of Skarbø Gard and how they produce cider and cheese using ingredients from their own farm.
Non-alcoholic options made with the farm’s own products are also available, and children are welcome.
Before or after the tasting, visit the farm shop on the ground floor, where you can buy cider, cheese, cured meats and other local specialities to take home.
