Cross-Country Skiing on the Edge of Tromsø – Daytime – Aurora Alps

Cross-country skiing is something most Norwegians love to do. Skiing is a combination between balance and technique. Ski in prepared tracks or create your own. Cross-country skiing is a great way to train, and you will experience a real sense of mastery after the trip.
We learn you the basic techniques, skis and shoes, how to get this on and off, and how to come up on the skis after a fall. With these basic skills, we take a trip in the beautiful alpine landscape. You do not need to have experience - you will get it during the day along with our guides.

Departure time and place: 09:50 at Breivikeidet. Travelling from Lyngen you take the ferry at 09:30 from Svensby and we will be at the other side to meet you. You can park your car at the ferrypier in Svensby and just walk onboard the ferry. There is no charge on the ferry when you travel without a car.
Return ferry at 15:05 from Breivikeidet.
