With our fjord kayaks you don't need to worry about tipping into the water. All you need to do is padle, relax and enjoy the fantastic nature and waterfalls. If you are lucky, maybe you will get a glimpse of a porpoise, which is similar in appearance to a dolphin.
Tour descriptionThe tour starts at Fjord Nature's base camp on Hellesylt. Here you will meet the guide who will take you on today's adventure in the fjord. You will be given a kayak, oar and vest, and the guide will give a safety brief and give instructions in basic kayaking techniques. The trip on the fjord will last approximately two hours, where the guide will talk about the area's natural and cultural heritage. We paddle past several abandoned mountain farms, and all the way to Hellesyltfossen.
Who is the trip suitable for?The tour is a low-threshold tour suitable for groups of friends, families, single travelers and couples. You do not need any experience with kayaking to join this trip. This is an experience for those who want to experience the fjord and mountain landscape, learn about the history of the area in a safe environment.
