Our chefs cook farm-to-table – in three ways. Catering: seasonal dishes such as a creamy mountain trout soup or a game stew, brought up to your cottage ready for the table. Private chef: our chef comes to the cottage and cooks three courses for you alone. Host a dinner at Huso: gather friends, family or colleagues in one of our event venues – we take care of everything from the menu to the serving.
