Along the Golden Road in beautiful Inderøy, Maren and Yngve run a small flavour-filled adventure. In close harmony with nature, good friends, and a generous helping of Trøndelag passion, they craft apple juice, cider, and fruit drinks of the highest quality – served with knowledge, warmth, and pride.

The World’s Northernmost Commercial Orchard

The unique climate in Trøndelag – with long, bright summer nights and a short, intense growing season – gives the apples an extra crispness, acidity, and sweetness. The fruit is harvested from their orchard at the Oppstu’n farm, just below Øyna Kulturlandskapshotell and Husfrua Gårdshotell. Everything is processed on-site in their own facilities – with great respect for the raw ingredients and a keen focus on flavour.

Local Ingredients, Natural Taste

In addition to their own apples, they also process fruit, berries, and herbs from the region, and press garden apples for locals from the Innherred and Fosen peninsula.

Farm Shop

Their farm shop is open year-round and features Inderøy Mosteri’s own products – as well as carefully selected goods from local partners that perfectly complement their drinks. It’s the ideal place to find something special, whether for everyday enjoyment or festive occasions.

Tastings and Experiences

The Mosteri offers tastings – both with and without alcohol – for those eager to learn more about flavour, production, and craftsmanship. In season, you can also join flower walks and guided tours of the facilities. It’s a sensory journey for both your palate and your curiosity.

World-Class Expertise

Maren and Yngve are among the very first in Norway to become certified pommeliers – experts in apples, apple juice, and cider. They completed Norway’s first pommelier training at Fagskulen Vestland in Hardanger, which is also the world’s most comprehensive course of its kind. With this unique expertise, they elevate the drinking experience to new heights – creating true artisanal beverages that leave a lasting impression.
