Kulås parken is situated in the center of town.

Kulås park is a beautiful park in the middle of downtown Sarpsborg. The park area holds many old burial sites from 2-300 A.D It is a popular park for joggers and dog walkers. The park has an amfi theater, a music pavillion and several sculptures.
