Skistua Hemsedal – breakfast, lunch and legendary après-ski in the heart of the ski resort
Skistua sits in the base area of Hemsedal Ski Resort – a natural meeting point for early-morning riders, hungry skiers and everyone who wants to join the party when the après-ski kicks off. Start your day with breakfast, enjoy an à la carte lunch, or drop by for a break between runs.
The kitchen serves solid favourites such as wiener schnitzel and our popular Burger – proper mountain fuel before you head back out on the slopes. When lunch winds down, the artists take the stage and Skistua’s legendary après-ski comes alive. This is where the atmosphere really lifts.
In March, the large outdoor terrace opens for the season – a sunny hangout with grill, bar, amphitheatre seating and live artists. You get panoramic mountain views, warm spring sunshine and that unmistakable Hemsedal buzz.
For groups, Skistua offers complete, tailored solutions and has more than 20 years of experience with events of all sizes. Get in touch for menus and customised packages.
Skistua is an environmentally certified business and works actively to minimise its environmental impact while keeping the food, atmosphere and experience at top level.
