The waterfront cabins (rorbu) at Skårungen AS

Newly renovated cabins with spectacular views of the sea and the Lofoten mountains.

Each cabin has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to five people. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and one bedroom has a family bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for cooking your own meals. 10 of the cabins are seaside with their own balcony over the seaside, and four cabins are located on higher ground with a good view over the mountains.

Skårungen is located on the old Ørsvågvær which used to be a fishing village with fantastic history. Here you live close to the nature where you have spectacular views of the sea and the lofot mountains. We are located just 3 km west of Kabelvåg centrum and 9 km to Svolvær.
We wish that everyone who comes to visit us will get the same the feeling as we got the first time we came to Lofoten, pure love for nature and the local people living here. The opportunities in Lofoten are endless, and the location is unique!
