Booking for winter season

Booking for the winter season is only by e-mail post@memurubu.no, phone +47 460 16 100, or by using the form further down on this page. When using the form you request a room, and you will get a conformation if we have a room available. If you just want to check if we have available rooms, please write that in the form.

When booking a room, please let us know if you have any allergies or other important information we need to know.

Cancellation:

Free cancellation until 14 days ahead of arrival. Cancellation after this will be charged. 14-4 days before arrival: 50 % of the total amount. 3-0 days before arrival: 100 % of the total amount.

Booking summer season

For summer season you can book directly through our online booking.

The online booking close at 21.00 the day before arrival date. Do you wish to book after this, please contact us by phone +47 460 16 100.  

Our rooms have different stadards, and most of them have a bathroom with shower and WC. Not all of our rooms are in the online booking. Contact us through phone or e-mail if you:

• do not find the room you prefer

• want to book for a big group (more than 10 people/weddings/companies)

• want a pet friendly room

• would like a single room

• have other questions

Terms and conditions

You can bring your own sheet sleeping bag or bedding, or you can rent them here. If you want to rent bedding, you have to book this in advance. If you stay for three or more nights bedding is included.

Cooking and eating self-brought food: Packed lunches from other lodges may be enjoyed inside the premises. Cooking and preparing food must only be done outside. Fire regulations forbid the use of private cooking appliances in the lodges, and the minimum distance from the houses is 50
meters.

Dogs: Dogs are usually not allowed in bedrooms, common rooms or rooms where meals are served. There are a few rooms that accommodate dogs, but this must be arranged in advance. The price for having a dog in your room is NOK 150 per dog per night.

The reservation is binding, and can be made both written and orally. The room reservation stands until 20:00, unless otherwise has been agreed in writing. It is important to let us know if you will not be coming. If the guest fails to cancel their room reservation, the manager may charge 100 % of the total amount (see cancellation fee).

Cancellation of room is free of charge until 2 weeks of arrival.  Cancellation from 14-4 days before arrival, we may charge you with 50 % of the total amount. From 0-3 days before arrival, we may charge you with 100 % of the total amount.
