Nøsen Yoga Retreat

The roots of Nøsen Yoga and Fjellhotell go back all the way to 1888 when it was first a mountain farm and later a Lodge for many years. When Alexander Medin overtook the place in 2015, he gave it a large upgrade. Today it has 35 friendly hotelrooms. The magnificent surroundings offer a rich variety of experiences for both young and old, summer and winter. It is the perfect place to relax, hang out, connect with nature and just be.

Nøsen is located at 906 m above sea level on beautiful Panoramavegen, between Fagernes and Hemsedal. Lakes and mountain are within walking distance, and the Historical Hiking Route Stølsruta passes by Nøsen. We are surrounded by several mountain tops of 1700 meters and there are great possibilities for cross country skiing, randoné, cycling, paddle trips and fishing trips. We are only a 15 min drive away from places like Skogshorn, Jaslangen and Grunke.
 
The restaurant at Nøsen is renowned for its wonderful vegetarian food. We can also offer game meat and local trout for special occasions. In the cafe we serve coffees, chai masala, Japanese tea / different tea infusions and homemade cakes.

For yoga enthusiasts, both private and group lessons are offered, as well as workshops, seminars and events. All mornings start with an early yoga session for anyone who wants to attend. There is a tailor made schedule for all levels. Several of Norway's foremost yoga teachers come here regularly, as well as dedicated international teachers.
 
It is also possible to rent Nøsen for company parties, weddings, confirmations or private gatherings.
