Maria is an artist, a songwriter with a completely distinctive voice — she is also a storyteller and a performer of the rarest kind. The duo format suits her, and you can look forward to an intimate, close and warm concert this evening. Welcome! Maria Solheim broke through as a young Northern Norwegian pop artist at the age of 19. Since then she has travelled the world with her music. She received the Spellemannspris in 2020 after several years of prestigious nominations, has released eight solo albums, three children's records and participated in several collaborative releases. Maria has sung at royal baptisms and confirmations, been on countless European tours and performed concerts in both the USA and Asia. KNEKT KNEKT is one of the most exciting names on the Norwegian rock scene – a band that combines uncompromising intensity with melodic nerve and a clearly distinctive voice in modern rock. The debut album "Livsnyter/Livshater" (2023) was the starting gun for KNEKT's head-first crash into the music scene in Norway. Here the band came with an expression rooted in classic rock, with a modern sound and an attitude of the highest order. In 2025 the explosive EP "Dere som lever" followed. A release that confirms KNEKT as a band in motion. Yeah damn, you need sunglasses when you listen to the music. Live, KNEKT have already established themselves as a band made for large arenas. With performances at festivals such as Malakoff, Raumarock and Jugendfest the band has flexed its muscles on some of the country's biggest stages. But let us not forget the clubs! KNEKT gives everything and sweats it out regardless of size and day of the week. KNEKT is the treat you need live, just as good as when you need a shot of music from the speakers straight to the head. With extensive new music expected in 2026, KNEKT moves forward at two hundred and fifty percent! Fashion Victims Fashion Victims deliver catchy powerpop/pop-punk. «The young rockers in Fashion Victims play the kind of music that makes you want to jump around the living room, take a running start and slam your head and body into the wall in pure euphoria». (Dust of Daylight). The debut single «Such a Bore» was described as «one of the best Norwegian songs in its genre» (NRK P13) and «fantastically good» (Adresseavisen). The band made their album debut in February 2024 to a good reception from the press and audience with radio listings on NRK P3 and P13, good reviews and new gigs. The band concluded their album tour at a sold-out Sentrum Scene where they warmed up for punk rock legends "Bad Religion" and are in top form after a series of concerts. In autumn 2024 the band was support on parts of "Oslo Ess"'s Norway tour and has this summer played for thousands of people at festivals such as "ekstremsportveko" and "festidalen" before concluding the summer at a sold-out Sverresborg arena as support for "Kaizers Orchestra". This autumn they are working towards album no. 2 and new single releases.

Like a kind of Brazilian blend of Thelonious Monk, Abdullah Ibrahim and Chick Corea, Amaro Freitas transforms the piano into a melodic percussion instrument – filled with the sound of Pernambuco, northeast Brazil, music born out of both slavery and carnival. The story of the prodigy who could not afford his own instrument, but had to practise on random pianos or on imaginary keys at home, spread quickly – soon he was among the most sought-after pianists in northern Brazil. After four records and tours in Europe and the USA, the compositions have become increasingly complex, but always with firm roots in the Brazilian tradition. Amaro Freitas delivered one of the best and most talked-about concerts at Nattjazz 2025, and it is a great pleasure to be able to present a new concert in Sardinen at USF Verftet with this fantastic piano trio. Heim med Joni comes to Ole Bull Scene – with humorist and journalist Linda Eide as guest narrator! The critically acclaimed concert production Heim med Joni finally comes to Ole Bull Scene. Audiences get to experience Joni Mitchell's music, history and Norwegian roots through powerful musical interpretations and New Norwegian translations. Joni Mitchell's great-great-grandparents emigrated from Modalen to Canada in 1882. In the concert production Heim med Joni she is brought back home to the West Coast, where the iconic songs get new life with Hardanger fiddle, new arrangements and lyrics translated by among others Frode Grytten, Agnes Ravatn, Marit Eikemo, Ragnar Hovland – and Linda Eide. Between songs, humorist and journalist Linda Eide, who serves as guest narrator, tells the story of Joni Mitchell's life, her career and her Norwegian roots. The production had its premiere at VossaJazz in 2022 and has since played to sold-out houses at several venues on the West Coast. Duration: approximately 90 minutes In Norwegian.

In East Berlin, in the late 1970s, Sunny dreams of becoming a star with her music and performing on the big stages. To pursue this, she quits her job as a factory worker and tours through the East German provinces with her band. Despite numerous professional and personal setbacks, nothing can stop Sunny from following her dreams. Solo Sunny is based on the life story of singer Sanije Torka. The film was awarded the Silver Bear and the FIPRESCI Prize at the Berlinale in 1980. Solo Sunny will be screened in a newly restored 4K version, which premiered at last year's Berlinale. Een ferry neemt je van Hirtshals in Denemarken naar Bergen.
Tussen Stavanger en Bergen kun je ook met de ferry reizen.
Bergen is een haven waar de kustsnelboot Hurtigruten rechtsomkeer maakt. Dit schip vaart tot Kirkenes in de buurt van de Russische grens in het noorden.

De Bergen-spoorlijn tussen Oslo en Bergen staat bekend als één van de mooiste treinreizen ter wereld. Je kunt kiezen tussen verschillende ritten per dag. De reis duurt ongeveer 7 uur.

Reis je vanuit Oslo, dan kun je door het bergplateau Hardangervidda, Haukeli, of Hemsedalsfjellet rijden (7 tot 8,5 uur).
Kom je vanuit het zuiden noordwaarts, rijd dan langs de kust en steek de fjorden over met een ferry of via een brug. Houd er rekening mee dat er wachtrijen kunnen voorkomen voor de veerboten, dus vroeg zijn is zeker aan te raden.
